How we can work together to create your wedding flowers

How we can work together to create your dream wedding at Blooming Beautiful Designs.
How we can work together

Our journey towards the perfect wedding flowers starts with a free consultation where we discuss your ideas. I am more than happy to work directly with you or your Wedding Planner and will join the team you have chosen to execute your ideas. In fact, it would be ideal to meet your stylist and wedding planner to offer a cohesive look.

After the first consultation, I can give you an estimate with the information you have at the moment. The work really starts after you confirm your booking with me and then we can meet at the venue or online to talk about the details and start working on your dream.

The process is very clear and a contract with all the terms is signed, after you are completely happy with your final quote, so that you can be sure to have your flowers stress free and enjoy your day.

Here is the step by step of the journey:

Step 1: Initial Consultation and Proposal.

During the consultation I will listen to your needs, provide inspiration and you’ll get the opportunity to describe your vision and show me ideas of what you are looking for.

It’s important to me that I gain a strong understanding of what you’re aiming to achieve so that I can create a bespoke quote that is tailored to your vision so feel free to bring along your Pinterest boards, fabric swatches, names of your favourite flowers etc! They’re the essential ingredients to developing your own personal style!

After our first meeting I will send your estimate by e-mail. Please look through the proposal and let me know if you have any questions at all. At this moment, you can decide if I am the right florist for you. If you want to go ahead, you’ll be sent details for a payment of a non-refundable booking fee in order to secure your date in my diary and reserve the props/flowers in your quote.

As soon I receive your deposit you’ll be sent a confirmation to keep for your records and you can rest safe in the knowledge that your venue will look amazing on the day!

Step 2: Wedding Flower Design Service

After our first consultation we will know what other information is needed to design a detailed quote with real prices. Once all the information is with me (measurements, vase type, number of tables, set up time, collection after the wedding, etc) we can then move on to amend your estimate, I’ll tweak and adjust things until you’re completely happy with the flowers and understand how much you can spend, then we should have the total cost of your flowers and your preferred payment plan (yes, you can pay in instalments!).

Once your final quote is approved you can then sign the contract (it will be at the bottom of the proposal for you to read and sign electronically). That is it for the moment.

We will get in touch again 6 to 8 weeks prior to your wedding/event when I will be in touch for a final check in to confirm details. By this stage you should have received all of your RSVPs so it will be a straight forward process of finalising your invoice (you can add more items here) which will be due for payment 6 weeks prior to your wedding.

In the final week running up to your wedding/event I will contact the venue to arrange an access time and this will then be confirmed with yourself so that you know when to expect myself and the team of suppliers. I will also double check final details like ribbon colours, last minute flower changes, and so on.

Step 3: On the Day:

This is it, the big day!! The team and I will arrive at your venue to create your design! Depending upon your venue, this may be on the day of your wedding or before. Once all is over we might need to return to take down the arrangements or you can keep the flowers if you prefer.

I hope this is easy to understand and please get in touch to talk about your flowers.
