Our flowers at a corporate event are a positive talking point and an integral part of the design scheme itself. The guests are moved by the flowers we create and allow them to reflect on their experience of the day.

From drinks receptions and summer parties to exquisite dining experiences, product launches and conferences, we are able to suggest unique floral solutions, from interactive flower walls, to where the flowers would be placed to surprise your guests; they will elevate the prestige of any event.

We offer a bespoke service for corporate flowers, taking into consideration freshness, creativity and style. Working within your budget, we create unique floral arrangements that completely transform your events. We meet with you to discuss your ideas, colours, venue and that all-important flower choice. We will manage all of your floral wishes, offering ideas and options if desired, at no cost or obligation.

INTERACTIVE INSTALLATIONS: Ask your guests to add or take away flowers and/or other elements when arriving, leaving or during your event.

 

FLORAL FRAMES: Decorate your venue or company with floral frames designed according to the theme of the event.

Most of our workshops last 1 hour-1.5 hour and are perfect for team building events. We can cater for groups of 10+.

 

Workshop structure

 

The live workshops lasts 1-1.5 hours depending on the session choice. It includes a talk on the history and science behind your workshop option, a demonstration and a care talk at the end. We will be able to take questions throughout the workshop. Guests will leave with their new creation and skills to make more in the future!

 

Venue

 

We can host this at your office, or at a venue of your choice. All we need are tables and chairs for guests.

 

Guest numbers

 

10+ guests required. For groups of 10-15, there is an additional fee. Otherwise, everything is included in the prices. * For very large groups, we can run 'drop in' workshops over a longer period of time.

* We charge clients for travel costs separately from the workshop costs.

How we work

Briefing

 

Please let us know the sort of event you are planning.

 

Any information you already have: colours, sizes, materials, flowers, style.

 

How many designs will you need and where they should go in the venue?

 

Your budget, or spending cap.

Let us know the date and time it should be delivered.

Design

 

We then prepare a quote with prices and images of similar designs for your reference.

Confirmation

 

If you are happy with the quote, we require a deposit to save your date and the balance is paid before the event. 

04

Set up | Take Down

 

We deliver the designs to the  venue or if it is an event, we will do the set up during the day of the event in accordance to what the plan is at the venue. We aim to finish setting up one to two hours before the event starts.

 

If necessary we come back the next day or on a date agreed with the venue to take down the designs or collect the vases.
